These home plans (of less than 500 square feet of livable space) are intended to orient onto alleys and provide for a unique pedestrian street environment while also revitalizing the alleys and creating more housing in the highly desirable Central Clovis area.
Plan #3 is a two story home that features 495 square feet of living space, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and 2-car garage. There is also a 37 square foot front porch, and a second story 80 square foot balcony off the living room.
