Refer a friend to G.J. Garnder and you'll both receive $1,000!

The Referral Program rules are simple:

1. This program is open to current G.J. Gardner Homes homeowners and their friends.
2. The person you refer must have not visited the G.J. Gardner Homes office in the past, nor be currently working with a real estate agent.
3. Fill out the referral form below and give it to your friend, family member or business associate.
4. They must present this flyer to the G.J. Gardner New Home Consultant on their FIRST visit to the the local G.J. Gardner Homes office.
5. After your friend enters into a new home contract with G.J. Gardner Homes and completes the handover or closes escrow, you will receive a check for $1,000 that will be sent to the address you provided (within 7 days of handover or close of final escrow) AND your friend will also receive $1,000 that can be used as closing cost credit.
6. G.J. Gardner Homes will issue a 1099 form – misc. income, to you as required by law.

There's no limit to how many people you can refer, so start spreading the word and enjoy the rewards!
