Overview

In an effort to encourage infill residential development in the Old Town area, the City of Clovis has developed three "Cottage Home" plans that may be utilized on properties having alley access. These home plans (of less than 500 square feet of livable space) are intended to orient onto alleys and provide for a unique pedestrian street environment while also revitalizing the alleys and creating more housing in the highly desirable Central Clovis area.

Plan #3 is a two story home that features 495 square feet of living space, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and 2-car garage.  There is also a 37 square foot front porch, and a second story 80 square foot balcony off the living room.
