Meet your builder
Award-winning international home building franchise G.J. Gardner Homes is showing no signs of slowing its U.S. expansion, announcing today that it has successfully secured another office location in the Texas market. Just north of San Antonio, Jason Konieczny has taken on the "Boerne" area as the franchise owner and is looking forward to working with his team to build out beautiful homes with a great customer experience.
"This is an exciting time for our family, to have joined G.J. Gardner Homes and have a proven system in place, the resources of a large builder and yet remain your hometown builder. This enables us to build quality custom homes more affordable. We can now build a quality custom home for a larger demographic that would otherwise not be able to obtain the dream of a custom-built home." - Jason Konieczny
Mr. Konieczny brings 18 years' worth of sales experience encompassing a broad range of business management processes and techniques, knowledge in home design, home construction, land evaluation and most importantly relationship management with his customers, peers and his building network. Mr. Konieczny, and his family of five children along with wife Joy are key members of the Boerne community and have established many lifelong friends and key relationships, having lived in Boerne for several years.
"To develop and support a network that will allow G.J. Gardner Homes customers to fulfill their dream and receive quality and value, while still providing a friendly professional service above expectation, thus providing security for the group and our clients by developing a customer for life.”
— Greg Gardner, Founder
Mr. Konieczny is an active member of the Cibolo Creek Elementary School, volunteering as a school WATCH D.O.G.S. (Dads of Great Students) and coaching their twins' football team, the Boerne Bulls ("Go Bulls"). This is one example of how Mr. Konieczny gives back to the community, on top of being a full-time cheer dad and helping wife Joy coordinate and manage BYFA Cheer.
Mr. Konieczny understands the importance of what it means to be a family man but in addition to this, he also understands the value and enjoys being involved in local community events and programs. The entire Konieczny family participates in Micro Missions, held in the heart of San Antonio and promoted by Journey Church along with Blood and Fire Ministries. An example of these programs is "Share Your Sole" where families and participants collect, donate and place new shoes on children who can't afford them for school before the start of every school year.
Overall, Jason and Joy have lived in the Boerne area for several years and look forward to now being able to take part in all the amazing events the town they love so much has to offer, but now from the perspective of a small business owner where they feel they can help aid the needs of the community that has given them so much.
Mr. Konieczny and his team urge anyone that is considering building a new home to contact them and arrange an appointment with the sales staff to experience all the exciting possibilities for their new residence. Even if you are not ready to build at this time, you are invited to see for yourself how G.J. Gardner Homes is changing the concept of building Homes in Boerne. G.J.
