About G.J. Gardner Homes Santa Barbara County

The Santa Barbara County franchise of G.J. Gardner Homes is owned by Ryan Cuff and his wife Heather.

In 2004, Ryan entered into the construction trade as an electrician with Blum and Sons Electric where he demonstrated his ability to handle a steep learning curve as he worked his entire first year building the new Marymount School facility in Santa Barbara. A dedicated member of the U.S. Army, Ryan was called to serve in support of Operation Enduring Freedom and NATO forces in the Balkans during 2005 and 2006.

Upon his return in early 2006, Ryan went to work as an electrician for SJM Contracting, and within a year he earned the position of lead project manager and superintendant. During his time at SJM Contracting, Ryan worked on and oversaw hundreds of residential and light commercial contracts. Ryan's long standing goal and policy for all of his work has been to know, intimately, his customers needs and intentions from start to finish, which will contribute to his success as a franchise owner for G.J. Gardner Homes. Ryan embodies the "Anything is Possible" attitude.

Since completing his first active duty tour in the U.S. Army, Ryan Cuff has lived and worked in Santa Barbara County for 12 years. His combined military experience of 15 years includes five years served in the Infantry, and 10 years as an Airdrop Systems Technician as a Parachute Rigger. Ryan continues to serve in the Reserves and is responsible for the coordination of all West Coast Airborne and Airdrop Support Missions, including the scheduling of parachute shipments, de-conflicting jump schedules with supported units, and organizing support equipment during operations. He is responsible for maintaining the accountability for, and safe condition of all airdrop and parachute survivability equipment, directly influencing the lives of his comrades.

Heather brings over a decade of experience working in human resources and office management to the team. Together, Ryan and Heather are responsible for the day to day business operations of the G.J. Gardner Homes Santa Barbara franchise.

They reside in Solvang, Calif. where they recently bought a home. They spend much of their free time doing home improvement projects. Ryan and Heather share a love of fine food, wine, off road adventures and golf. Heather is an accomplished amateur chef and especially enjoys concocting new and tasteful dishes for her family.

Ryan is proud to be doing business as G.J. Gardner Homes, a franchise that embodies the same ethics, commitment to quality, and level of service he has always strived to achieve.
