CHARLES L. TRUITT:
Charles Truitt has been a broker in the Real Estate industry for over 30 years. Over the years, he has acted as an agent representing individuals, corportations, banks, and partnerships in the acquisition and sale of land, homes, apartment buildings and condominiums. Chuck has worked primarily in Southern California. He has entitled several housing developments.
Chuck Truitt served in the United States Navy aboard the USS Enterprise and USS America. Chuck was a pilot flying the A7E Corsair II, a single engine, single seat attack jet in Vietnam. He graduated from Long Beach State College.
BRUCE MEYER:
In 1988, Bruce Meyer started to work for a National Home Builder because he was interested in learning the Land Development business from the ground up. Bruce started as an Assistant Superintendent and was promoted 6 weeks later to Superintendent, and another 12 weeks later, Bruce Meyer was promoted to General Superintendent. Bruce was once again promoted to Production Manager, in charge of all field operations for his division. Bruce then took a position as Area Manager, where he was in charge of overseeing complete operation of a production home building company from Sales to close of the home, including land acquisition, purchasing, entitlements, development, construction, and customer service.
Since 2007, Bruce Meyer has found himself specializing in custom homes which is an area he most enjoys.
