Program Benefits: 

1. Bonus- The biggest benefit in our Program is our exclusive bonus.  Sell a G.J. Gardner Homes and earn our standard commission + our Program Bonus of $1,000, $2,000 or $3,000 for 1st, 2nd and 3rd sales. All 3 G.J. Gardner homes must be sold within 12 months of singing up for the Program.
2. Commisssions- We love REALTORS®, real estate brokers, and real estate salespeople, that's why we co-op with them to help everyone win.  We pay full commission on one time close loans at start of construction for custom homes or at final close of escrow for homes built in communities. We also pay on the contract price, not the 'base price'. 
3. Marketing- We will advertise your vacant lot through a combination of signs, websites, and newsletters and create a home-land package that combines the sale price of your lot with the cost of construction of a selected floor plan and all applicable fees, all to best spotlight your vacant lot.
4. Exclusive Updates- G.J. Gardner Homes will provide exclusive updates and announcements to those who are a part of our Program. These updates include house & land packages, new listings, and price changes.
5. Awards & Recognition- Just by signing up for our program, you will have the opportunity to be recognized at our annual conference. The top producing G.J. Gardner REALTORS®, real estate brokers, and real estate salespeople are awarded many great gifts year after year including possible expenses paid trips to international G.J. Gardner events.
